I first saw a bright light that i thought could be a star while heading east, as i drove i could tell it was not a start and then i thought it was a helicopter hovering over the hershey hospital. as i approached i was more along side of it looking upward at it and the really bright light could not be seen anymore, only a fainter light could be seen now. there were no blinking lights and it was just hovering or very slowly heading west (20-30mph) so it seemed unlikely to be a helicopter. at my closest approach it was almost over head but still slightly to the side and i looked up at it through my open moon/sun roof and there was no sound (confirming it was not a helicopter because it was only 400-500ft away tops and it would have been fairly loud). as i drove under/past it and looked out the moon/sun roof that is when i realized it was a triangle with 3 lights, one on each tip. 2 lights were similar color of whitish with a slight blue hint, the 3rd light the same with a slight orangish hint and they were solid and not blinking. i could only see the lights and was not able to see the edges of the object but it was fairly large and assuming it was 300-500ft it would have to be at least 20-30ft across. i quickly pulled into a parking lot to try to take video but i had to drive a few hundred feet further and it was slowly heading the opposite direction at 20-30mph, zoomed in but it was just after dusk and it was nothing but dark noisy video on my phone.
