UFO Sighting in Altoona, Florida on 2020-11-16 08:30:00 – Hovered overhead

It looked like a pulsating star but with a slight orange tint all the other stars were bright white. it appeared to be alot lower in altitude than a star and seemed to sway back and forth like a helicopter on a windy day. it only looked like a light until i looked at the photos i took with my phone. i had the zoom as close as i could then enlarged the photos once again as i viewed then. thats when i noticed something more than just a light
