UFO Sighting in Hoquiam, Washington on 1982-05-15 20:15:00 – Glowing orb came down from sky entered forest

Was up logging road on landing overlooking a valley of clear cut timber with clearly defined tree lines. boyfriend and i were talking and looking out over the scenery when the fireball came out of the east at an angle and leveled out above ground level and shot into the forest. we could see the forest trees light up as it entered. i became very frightened and wanted to leave. boyfriend didn't want to leave. i convinced him it would be a good idea to get the hell out of there.
