My room needs to be very dark for me to sleep. my husband at that time was a continual heavy snorer and i barely got any rest. one night i woke in a paralyzed state. i felt a presence and fear. i could move my eyes and saw that my ex was lying on his side and was not snoring. then i noticed the light absorbing shape at his foot of the bed. it was looking at me and not moving. it had squarish shape for a head. i feared, closed my eyes and prayed for it to go away. then i felt better, opened my eyes and it was gone. when i got up in morning i went into my bathroom which is attached to my room and i noticed a small drop of blood on my forehead just to the left of dead center above my eyebrows. this spot has never gone away and on some nights when i feel that i haven't slept or feel like i was beat up, i will find a sliver of black or gray material coming out of it, protruding. this hole has slightly raised edges. i have not seen this again in my room.
