During a lightning storm, i saw what i first thought was a plane (one circular but large light moving much faster than normal plane speed and closer to me - moving in one direction), started noticing more of this one large circle moving quickly in different directions that would appear and disappear and appear in different location (but still close to me - i am on the 8th floor of apartment). then the video i sent you will see the circular, rhymic motion of multiple lights moving in a circle. never seen anything like it and i am an avid storm watcher. the lights continued to appear in different formations - multiple or singular lights moving in random directions, appearing and disappearing, hovering, moving quickly, and sometimes looking very rhymic. in the videos you will see the circular swirling motion, but it wasn’t always just like that. it was truly a crazy sight to see and i’m extremely baffled after researching for hours trying to determine what this could be. i didn’t see any spot light beams or hear any noise. the first file you can see the circular lights about 10 seconds in. the second video it is a bit harder to see but it starts right at the beginning for a few seconds and then i forgot to turn off my camera so excuse the end. the second video the lights were hovering right over my 9 story building, right above our pool area. very bizarre.
