I live at west side of lake ramsey in sudbury ontario in canada , monday night from my eastward window i realize a glowing changing color cluster of lights are visible est of lake ramsey , around 3 : 30 am on monday 3 november 2020 till 5 am , first i tought i'm seeing a star but then i realize this object has a subtle movement and maitains a stationary position , as an engineer i estimate this object was stationary in high altitude , and possibily it is a very large object given the distance , what made me convienced to contact iis :
1- manouvers and moving up and down chnaging positions of this object
2-effect on motion detection lights in the area ,turning on and off depending the changing position of this object .
i have observed the same phenomenon tonight satring 7pm and now around 1 am november 6th 2020 , there are two similar objects in almost the same hieghts are stationary at east side of the lake ramsey .
since this is presisting ( not on 4th ) , i'm sending this report to if some one else is doing the same this can be intepolated. i have attached an aproximate locations map as well.
there is a repeating patern , last summer 2019 , i observed a very large disk shape object flying over the lake above clouds , and the shade was captured in my iphone picture showing a high speed in those few miliseconds that i phone captures movement.
meanwhile last few days we experienced few localized black outs ex . in building i live and then later during the day the the area that a starbucks store i buy coffee from was experiencing black out .
this area is very rich in minerals .
