UFO Sighting in Salinas, California on 2020-10-31 19:20:00 – Red light hovering

The light was observed coming from n in salinas, ca. it hovered for some time. the video is a plane coming into view and red light dims, then brightens before abruptly switching directions to nw direction. after i stopped recording it flashed 3 times and disappeared. i am having trouble explaining this light.
