Spotted 1st light at about 5:02am in the eastern sky going from north to south followed by 2 more and about 10 seconds later a 4th appeared going at the same altitude and direction. less than 2 minutes later an additional 8 were spotted going the same direction and altitude.
i have viewed satellites in the evening sky above my home on numerous occasions, and these were moving at a much greater speed than them. due to the covid issue that's currently happening the commercial air line traffic from albuquerque is very limited and i spend a lot of time in the early morning hours on my patio which faces the east with the hopes of viewing satellites and or the space station.
i woke my girlfriend and told her to put on her glasses as she needed to see the sight i was seeing. she came outside to join me on the patio and the direction of the objects were now coming from the north west and heading to the same location to the southeast. she was able to see a number of the same lights i was viewing and being a little cautious of making a decision of them being ufo's, but then realized after see them that they were all heading in the same direction.
i had personally viewed 19 of them from about 5:02am on 08/21/2020 until 5:55am on same date.
i'm a medically retired marine corp veteran and served as a redeye gunner in the late 60's early 70"s .
my mos was 6752 and required me to identify enemy military aircraft from as far away as 25 miles and was qualified to be a "gunner" working along side of an assistant gunner. we were a two man team who had to fire the shoulder fired redeye missiles at enemy aircraft usually behind enemy lines.
my long distance eyesight is excellent and not corrected and i have no issues when it comes to spotting things that are difficult for most people to see .
