UFO Sighting in Scandia, Minnesota on 2020-08-16 01:36:00 – Intense blue light hovered over the river. interior light is a lavender ðÿ’œ color and is moving.

Hovered over the water. the light reflected off the water making it appear to be two images. there was no sound and the interior light was a lavender ðÿ’œ color and seemed to be moving. both lights were independent of each other at first and l viewed it for 7 minutes. at the end, the light went from being brilliant to dull to white in less than 10 seconds. after that it was not visible. the shape of the light was disk like with no defined outline. it just glowed. pictures and video are taken through a 80 power telescope and 8 times magnification with my phone. im above the light looking northeast and the light appeared to be within a half mile away. a thunderstorm an hour earlier came through is now approximately 20 miles away to the southeast. otherwise, it was a clear sky where the light was seen.
