UFO Sighting in Independence, Missouri on 2020-08-18 22:25:00 – Pulsating white light with a ring of white light around it

I was driving down strode rd in independence missouri headed towards crenshaw rd. when i saw a bright pulsating white light in the sky that had a visible white ring around the object. i pulled my car over in a gravel parking lot and snapped a couple pictures. this light appeared to be brighter and dimmed out at different times until it disappeared. the object did not seem to fly off but just almost turn its self off like it knew i was taking photos of it.
