Convertible top down exiting parking lot, noticed something glimmering in the sky. facing northeast, saw white dot randomly flashing. started to record before i lost it behind some trees. i had an iphone se,â captured 1 photo & a short clip. only other weird thing was a woman rolling slowly downhill on the sidewalk to my left in a wheelchair singing loudly, can be heard on the recording. i posted video on reddit, someone mentioned it could have been an escaped metallic party ballon since it was flashing randomly and going in a relatively straight line. i didn’t take note of wind direction that day
