UFO Sighting in Los Angeles, California on 2020-08-12 21:00:00 – Strange-looking “star” in very clear sky in evening.

At first it looked to me like a very bright star. i do a lot of photography so i pulled out my samsung android cell phone to take a few shots. as i focused in on this bright object, it seemed to throb or pulse, sort of from the inside out. it appeared to have its own halo and when i viewed the shots i took, it sure looked like a circle within a circle. best way i could describe it would be like a button. it stayed stationary the entire time i observed and photographed it. the distance was anywhere from 5 miles to 10 miles up. at times while watching, it appeared to have a protrusion on top of it, but i didn't see it on the photos i took. it was an intensely bright object that stood out from the handful of stars in the sky.
