UFO Sighting in Kansas City, Missouri – Turquoise light observed hovering over downtown/midtown kansas city then rapidly accelerated eastward.

At approximately 12:30 am on 8/11/2020 i looked northward from my apartment parking lot and observed a semi-fixed nearly point-source intense turquoise colored light with a magnitude i estimate at -5. distance is unknown but based on the intensity of the light, direction, and elevation i reason the light was located above downtown or midtown kansas city, missouri. the light shifted position by less than a degree, "bounced around," before moving eastward at a high rate of speed with minimal observed acceleration. in transit 3 pulses of white light surrounding the turquoise light could be seen. no marker lights were apparent. the light passed out of view as it neared the horizon. the total observing time was less than 2 minutes.
