I live in barnstable ma. it is located on cape cod. on 8/5/2020 at around 19:55 i was driving home after picking up dinner for my family when i noticed a very abnormal object . it caught my eye and as i was driving i did not take my eyes off of it. it then disappeared even though it was not cloudy . i continued driving annoyed that i lost the object and did not attempt to record it . at this point it’s about 20:00 i am nearing the intersection near my house when the object becomes very visible again. now the road i am on from the first time i saw it to the second time is very straight with a lot of visibility, with it being in the commercial area of hyannis . at this point instead of going left to my house i continue straight which i am now driving toward the object . this object is long and cigar shaped, it has absolutely no distinct characteristics to its body other than looking like a white object rounded on either end. i then lost sight of it due to the tree line as i was moving out of the commercial area. i then tried to park at the exit 6 burger king parking lot to look for it, but could not see it and lost it completely.
