UFO Sighting in Tempe, Arizona on 2018-12-27 22:00:00 – Was driving on the freeway and happened to see a circle type flying thing in the air with lights

I was on my way to the airport, i was on the freeway when a circle object with lights was in the air not traveling very fast and didn't seem too far away from the ground. i recorded it after i had seen it for a few seconds. it looked like a ufo or something space like. i wasnt sure what it was and still never heard anything about what it was or could have been.
