UFO Sighting in Hemet, California on 2020-07-17 21:08:00 – Something strange in the night sky

I was walking my dogs around 9 pm when i observed a bright light in the sky that appeared to be moving erratically. i pulled out my phone and started recording. it appears to be 20- 30 000 ft up and no idea how far east but it was moving around inside a circle of clouds. the video is not great because it's hard to hold a phone perfectly still pointed up at full zoom but i braced myself as best as i could. you can clearly see it dart from 1 point to the next instantly and it goes behind the clouds at times and disappears then its back. i watched this for half an hour and my neighbor came out to leave for work and when i asked her to look at what i was she said, the damn thing is moving around. i took over 3 mins of video and took some stills that actually showed much more than i'd expected.
