UFO Sighting in Portland, Oregon – Ufo changed direction from north to west

Saw what looked like a bright satellite heading north, decided to video it and it started moving around weird in the clouds then completely changed direction towards the west... my camera would not focus on it after it changed direction... it started fading quickly once it faced west.
