UFO Sighting in Fullerton, California on 2020-07-19 16:30:00 – Tiny orb like object slowly moving and hovering despite wind

So i was getting ready to vacuum the family car with my dad, and i turn around to stretch and then notice this ufo examining it to make sure that it wasn't a balloon or a helicopter or whatsoever. i then shouted "oh my god, this is actually happening" and then called my dad's attention for his phone, and then snapped some photos and videos of the object. the lens could barely pick it up on video, so i positioned myself by some overhead wires to lock my sight to the object.
