At 10:45 p.M. on july 19th, in savage mn. myself, my son and his partner were observing neowise with binoculars and a small telescope. we had been seeing planes periodically, and possibly even a satellite that evening in addition to neowise. kaitlin then noticed an unusual light that looked different and pointed it out to myself and my son. it was a periodically blinking light that did not have a consistent pattern or brightness of it's flashes. sometimes it would flash a couple of times with similar periods of time in between, and at other times, it would blink completely randomly. the intensity of the light flashes were not consistent. it had 2 or 3 different levels of flashing intensity. no red lights, or consistently "on" lights could be seen at all, either by eyesight, binoculars or on video. it was either blinking or completely dark. i have a 1:14, (one minute and 14 second), video of the ufo. it should have been longer, but i wasn't able to see the ufo on my phone screen, so i assumed it was not capturing the event. so, i turned off the video earlier than i should have. but multiple blinks of the ufo were captured successfully on my phone video. it traveled starting from the sw sky moving slightly up and down in relation to the horizon for a while, until it reached the nw portion of the sky. then it traveled in a straighter horizontal line towards the ne, where we eventually lost sight of the ufo.
