My wife and i were living and still own 923 hotel ave, hayward ca. right off mission blvd.1 block north from a street. we are directly in down town hayward. our house is located on a hill over looking hayward and my wife and i could not believe what we saw hovering over down town hayward. this ufo made no sound and was black in color with small lights going up the side about ever 50 feet or so, and we counted 8 lights going up the sided, it was getting very dark and the top of the ufo blended in to the night sky so we could not see the top. on our porch we looked south and saw this ufo crossed a street, b street, c street, and again disappeared in to the night, i believe at least 2 air craft carriers could fit in side this ufo, one on top of the other. it was hovering so close to the ground we could see the city pole lights reflecting off the bottom side of this absolutely huge ufo. we both have never forgotten this experience and never will. we could easily see mission blvd. right below us and not one car was on the road, and we never saw a car crossing our street, "hotel ave." until it slowly lifted up and disappeared in to the night sky. we had the flip phone at the time and every time we looked in to the camera to get a picture, the ufo image could not be seen.On the screen. we could not believe our phone could not see the ufo that we could see 100%. i know this will not help anyone, and this sighting did happen a long time ago but it did happen and my wife and i still, very well, remember the incident.
