UFO Sighting in Riverview, New Brunswick on 2020-07-21 23:06:00 – Unusual object appearing in night sky…

When you zoom in on either the photo or video it appears to be a mostly oval object with a shimmering almost moving surface. it falls like a leaf and also in short quick movements side to side and up and down. i am doubtful it is a satellite or a balloon based on its behaviour. i have seen it many times over the years on both the west and east coast of canada. would love to know what it is.
