UFO Sighting in Mission, Texas on 2020-07-21 21:45:00 – Lights in a circle better wi-fi, then start spinning, then separated, and disappeared as a distance

My wife and i were taking pictures of the big dipper and saw four lights that look like stars just below the big dipper. first, they were stationary, and started going in a circle travis, then separated and then went away from us and disappeared.
