Blinking flashing orb at me when doing ce5 contact meditation. it started in front of me to the south 3-4 flashes i signalled it with a laser but it didn’t respond. so i took out my phone and started recording small videos. about 10-15 mins later it started flashing again in the southwest. at first i thought it was an airplane as it flashed very specifically every second or so but i checked flight radar and no planes in the area i also checked satalites and none were in either location. in between these two episodes the iss went over my head but it was not that either. i have a video but it’s hard to see it on the tree tops, it was very hard and my camera didn’t do a good job. you can see the big lens flare from the road side lights but that’s not it, it’s the tiny little flashes on top of the tree tops then just to the side of the building as i’ve shown in the images provided.
