Black Triangle Sighting in Sacramento, California on 1984-08-30 21:00:00 – Triangle traveling towards erratic lights in the distance

Around 1983 or 84, late summer. i saw lights acting wierd about 20 deg above the horizon in the east. the lights split, combined, multiplied etc. then it shot straight up and dis appeared. at that moment, i looked west and saw this triangle. no lights. making a low hum or buzz. it was headed in the direction of the lights formerly described. shortly after the triangle was in the distance, two fighter jets came streaking at the same altitude after the triangle. the only reason i am reporting this is because it seems that people describe the triangle from the early 90s. it goes back to at least 1984. p.S. by brother who was with me says he saw light bubbles on the corners and center. but the lights were not on. also. something very wierd happened to me later that night. that is another story. i dont even mention. not believable.
