I was on my balcony early morning. smoking a cigarette. i saw what i thought was a star. but it suddenly started moving directions. up , down, diagonals, hovering in one place, moving with speed unseen before. it was pulsating lights, red, blue,white,orange, green, in alternating patterns. all of a sudden spot light trying to fallow it. saw jet chasing it, shots fired, seen trail of builits, from her or helicopter. could see shots fired at object, but unsuccessfully hit object. object shot back with some kinda of unknown thing, was round with a tail, like a shooting star flying throw the sky, it did multiple time firing back at was was shooting at it. moving in all kinda of direction, while shooting, object was round in nature. disc like. the directions i couldn't believe is it traveled in a complete and perfect circle multiple times to evade being shot down. it went on for about 10 minutes then all of a sudden. flew straight up in to the sky at unimaginable speed. not to be seen again. i could see the clouds moving or trail in the clouds as the object was moving so i know it was not a regular plane, jet, helicopter, or any type of military flying object that is in the skyscraper today. i didn't report what i saw due to fear of retaliation or any type of conflict. but i can't keep it in anymore.
