UFO Sighting in New York, New York on 2019-09-21 16:23:00 – Distant blinking light above nyc

In the late afternoon, in a cloudless sky over chelsea in nyc, my sister and i both witnessed what seemed to be a very distant blinking light moving above the city. the blinking seemed to be random. i took video but it's very hard to see. the light moves from left to right, eventually disappearing behind a glass building. in the video, 43 seconds in, the light is visible just over the glass building's roofline. we assumed it was a satellite, but the blinking seemed odd.
