UFO Sighting in Miami, Florida on 2018-09-27 20:09:00 – Large ovular like stationary object in the sky

I'm sitting in my room on my xbox, when i looked out of my apt window. i saw this oval like object out of the window. i got my phone and took two pictures. the first is the original picture, and the second picture is a zoomed in screenshot for a better view. it stayed stationary for about 3 hours. later on, i saw this pulsating orange light which i couldn't snap in time. the light kept moving around the clouds and eventually left my sight. regardless, a strange sighting none the less.
