UFO Sighting in Chicago, Illinois on 2017-07-22 18:40:00 – Something moving at steady pace toward the sun that spun and the light it emitted was bright

I was at a friends house on the third floor outside on the balcony waiting to start the grill. i watched a few planes take off from midway airport. then just kept looking up when i spotted a black dot that suddenly flashed a bright light. i thought it could be a drone, but am a fan of ancient aliens so i said,”is that a ufo?”. i was excited and it crossed my mind a few times that it could be a drone, but it spun in a way that made me think it was something different. i don’t think drones have such a bright light but i could be wrong. it just kept going steady toward the sun and it was hard to look at even with dark transition glasses. i lost it in the sun.
