We have lived in amargosa valley for over 4 years. my 21 year old nephew spotted it first. my wife also witnessed. we have seen more lightly colored orbs over nellis since we got here. these intense amber orbs were unlike our previous views over nellis being much brighter and in a far different location. clear night + our population is less than 2 people per square mile so no intruding ground lights. these objects never moved just finally disappeared. our reaction was a big wow, but the air force reaction was unlike any flight we have ever seen. flying in pairs there were 6 or 8 aircraft over the beatty edge of the valley and over the base
itself. the only military aircraft flying through our area at night have been very occasional helicopter flyovers. there are no fixed wing planes military or civilian flying through here after dark. evidently no one else was outdoors here locally as i asked around and no one had witnessed this event. aircraft does not hold position like this unless they are on the ground parked. there was zero movement in the air. it would seem that since the air force, as they say, scrambled 6 or 8 fighters that these lights were not part of their deal at area 51 or at any other on base location, so these orbs / circles were indeed ufo's.
