Looking out residence window to the wnw. noticed an object with pulsating lights,white and blue to green and orange.The object appeared to have 2 layers. it was moving very slowly to the north west.The upper and lower layers seemed to have some kind of windows with white lights. the top and bottom had the colored lights, blue ,green ,orange and red. there were no aircraft in the area. the object was moving extremely slow to the nnw.It seemed to stay at the same altitude moving about less than 1 degree every five minutes it didnot deviate in altitude staying on a level plane of approxiamately 30 degrees above the horizon. the white lights from the windows were steady. the other colored lights seemed to be slowly pulsating. this was not an aircraft or helicopter it was moving too slow to be any kind of aircraft. i am retired air force and can say for certain it was not an military or civilian aircraft, it did not have standard navigation lights ie:blinking red.Green or white lights.
i thought it was an air craft at first,but it was almost station then i started watching closer with binoculars.
the object went behind some trees in the next door yard.
