UFO Sighting in Saint John, New Brunswick on 2017-10-31 07:15:00 – Bright circular object in morning sky moving rapidly at high altitude west to east

Bright circular object spotted while walking dog. i always sky watch as a hobby. the object was a very bright and steadily lit. it did not waver or flash like an aircraft. i noticed it at approximately 30 degrees above the westerly horizon until it disappeared behind low cloud cover in the east. sighting occurred at approximately 7:15 a.M. atlantic standard time 10/31/2017. weather clear w/few dissipating clouds. sunrise was at 8:02 adt
