My daughter & I had just arrived home at around 10:00 to 10:30, we pulled into our driveway which runs east-west. She's out of the car and says Look up ! I look west over the top of our Garage, thinking there would be a meteor, but instead I see what looks like an object in the sky on fire, but there's no sound, I keep watching, and there are some neighbors getting into their car about 45 ft away & I ask them to look up, I had to back out on ft so they could see what direction I was pointing and the they saw what we saw , what looked like some sort of flying craft on fire, Then it steadily turned south, that's when I/we observed the flame disappear to the far side of the object then as the flame disappeared, the craft became like either invisible, or it matched the background of the sky,we could not see anything moving nor could we hear anything in the sky at all...we just stared up at the sky wondering what it was that we just saw, when a the sudden there north of where we last saw the object disappear There was a big black blob of what looked like a deflated black balloon descend to the earth...neighbors thought it fell into my back yard, but I knew the distance was greater than that and I took them into my back yard to prove to them that whatever just fell to earth was farther awY than it looked...and of the neighbors had his ph with him, but I don't know what he got if anything on his ph camera...
