Was walking my dog and noticed a very bright, orange light low in the SE. It seemed to move erratically. Slightly "fluttering" in all directions as it moved E and actually passed between Saturn and Mars which were visible and low in the SE sky at the time [slightly overcast as I could not see many dimmer stars, just the planets. Little light pollution here so we usually can see many stars if it is clear] I watched it for about 90 secs or so as it got lower in the sky as it moved E and eventually disappeared below the horizon. The oddness of the very bright and clearly orange light was what first caught my attention. The strange, erratic movement and slight pulsating/morphing of the shape from round, was the detail that kept my attention. I am am amateur stargazer and know it wasn't a planet and immediately went in to check if it might be the ISS or a satellite - neither showed up on my programs. There is a flightpath over this area, but they generally fly a different path and are easily distinguished. The slight overcast may have distorted the light/shape/movement.
