UFO Sighting in Owings Mills, Maryland on April 8th 2016 – Driving S on 795 saw three lights in a row hoverig, came around bend it was gone. I should’ve been able to see better

This morning at aprox 6:20am, I was driving south on 795. I believe I was just before the McDonough Rd overpass. I saw 3 lights in a row hovering above the horizon. It was just starting to become light and the sky was cloudy in some areas but where those lights were was crystal clear. As I came around the bend in the road, I should have been able to clearly see what this was. I first thought it could have been a helicopter if there was an accident on the beltway. There was no helicopter nor accident and the lights were just gone. They were there then they weren't there.
