UFO Sighting in New York, New York on January 17th 2016 – White cloud with rotating orbs

Bright white circular cloud with rotating orbs and metallic light Observed in the sky, on a mildly cloudy day. It resembled a bright white cloud moving opposite direction of the other clouds. When I pulled out binoculars I observed 4 orbs rotating around the cloud as it moved across the sky. Also had lights or some sort of metallic reflection emanating inside the cloud almost as if it was electrically charged.
