I took out my dog to do their business and while I was waiting I looked up to the sky. After about 5 minutes, these lights that were hovering above a skyscraper caught my eye. The lights of the skyscraper case a shadow of the oval object with red and green lights. At first I thought it was a helicopter because it seemed liked it was about to land above the building. But it started to move up and down at random periods of time and that wasn't normal. That is when I realized it wasn't a helicopter. I ran inside to tell my family about it and they came out as well to see what I saw. After we kept observing it it kept hovering up and then it suddenly started to move towards the east away from us. But then it hover back quickly to where it was at first and it seem to come towards us. Then I felt like it notice that my family and I were observing it and it started to mover further away and it descended behind a building until it disappeared.
