UFO Sighting in Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania on March 28th 2016 – Sphere like object darts across sky

I was looking outside my aircrew dorm window when I saw a object appear out of the clouds and fly just below the cloud level for about 3 seconds before re-entering the clouds. METAR weather for the area was reporting OVC043. It appeared to be an object and not a shooting star. It was white and just before it entered the cloud it appeared to emit an orange/red light. It flew just below the clouds horizontal to the ground. It was not ascending or descending. It moved very fast. It covered a distance of 1000' in 3 seconds. Way too fast to be a plane. I lost site of it when it re-entered the clouds.
