UFO Sighting in Toronto, Ontario on March 19th 2016 – bright light came towards us , hovered then acdended up and disappered

Observing night sky with binoculars had a friend with me. Bright solid orange object with noise.. Came at us like an approaching aircraft,,sound disappered and then ascended up and disappeared in north eastern of sky.
