UFO Sighting in Ventura, California on March 16th 2016 – Glowing Orb

The UFO was a Bright Blue Orb. The Orb shot across the Sky Leaving a streak, then came from Bottom Right to left toward the center of View on the Horizon as it slowed! The UFO Seemed to be Charging in the Sun earlier in the late afternoon as it also seemed to be observing Kite Surfing! I believe when it shot across the Sky, it was testing it's charge from the Sun. It seemed to me to be Solar Powered!
