It was Wednesday July 22nd approximately 8:30pm.My girlfriend had a camera meet-up with a group of photographers on the lee bridge in Richmond,va!I wasn't part of the group so I went to explore under the bridge near the water.I was walking a path when I felt something strange, I can't explain the feeling but I turned around and behind me was four objects in a straight line from left to right hovering with no noise.I was excited so I ran back up the hill where I was parked to get the camera and ran back to the sight.At this point they separated and only 2 objects was left. I was tired at this point from running and I just started filming. I knew it wasn't a plane or helicopter because I see those everyday, I also can hear them when they in the area.This was different because the movement was slow,@ 1 point it completely stopped in the air, it was silent and no features I could see other than color and what looked like flames coming from 1 of the objects.The 1st object was black w/flames the 2nd came in later in the same video was all white.To all the none believers (Tonia W.)
