I was going on my 10am work break @ the 3735 Castor Ave. Phila location. Walking out of our Courtyard door I felt compelled to look skyward.My eyes immediately locked on to a floating football'ish-shaped craft, hovering @ 11-o'clock.Three-co-workers were already outside there but since I never took my eyes off the object I initially do not know who they are.Object is shiney/silverish on the upper portion as this is the Suns reflection. Bottom portion is less shiney/dull-silverish.The entire object appears to be spinning/rotating but stationary.Within seconds the object moved from 11 o'clock to a farther and lower 2 -o'clock position.I asked the people who's voices I heard behind me if they see what I have been looking at and 2 of the 3 say yes !Finally, the 3rd person says yes,too! As we are looking at the object we are asking outloud, "WHAT IS THAT" bc it's NOT a known spacecraft.Two of the 4 of us are Pharmaceutical pkg. mechanics which are knowledgeable in many disciplines of the mechanics of devices/machinery and have hobbies/interests of modern vehicles of flight.By now, 3-4 mins. of observation time has passed and at this time we still are puzzled by what we are seeing. Next, the the appearance ( shiney-surface) has somehow changed and the vehicle ...doesnt start to move..it just moved!As if it were already traveling at a steady-constant rate of speed. There was no GRADUAL ACCELERATION !It moved fast as it was finally going to go from the start and within approx. 3-seconds it left the area headed from the East where first seen to the North. AND IT WAS GONE ! My job warrants paying attention to details..MINUTE DETAILS. Unfortunately, there was NOT a cloud in the sky and I say that for the lack of a reference. To compare for the size, the height ..for comparison reasons.This was seen in broad daylight ! Not the cloak of darkness as one might think. Above a MAJOR road in a MAJOR city!The lack of a slow gradual start was not there either, it moved in a fast-steady rate like a car sitting at a red traffic light and another car passing thru that red traffic light w/o stopping moving past the stopped car. Objects inside this craft HAD TO BE PINNED TO THE WALLS INSIDE!!! I AM GLAD THAT 3-OTHER WITNESSES WERE THERE,TOO.The sighting made me feel SMALL/POWERLESS and it felt personal and I felt relieved when it left for the Northern skies!
