Black Triangle Sighting in Sandy Springs, Georgia on March 10th 2016 – Three lights in shape of triangle that changed color then took off

As I got off of work in Sandy Springs I went to my usual bus stop. Myself and a couple of other people kept hearing a low humming noise so when we looked up we saw 3 red lights in the shape of a triangle. At first I thought it was one of those airplane towers but then the lights turned green which I've never seen before. After a few seconds of it still sitting in the same spot it started to slowly move to the right a few feet then proceeded to shoot off at an extremely fast speed. I took a picture of it with my phone after the lights turned green but unfortunately the camera on my phone isn't very good but it is proof the I saw something.
