UFO Sighting in Nevada on March 10th 2016 – I saw something in the sky, not sure what it was

An object that looked a lot like an airplane but I am not quite sure came in to view while looking at the sky looking for UFOs It mad a sudden left turn and continued on a straight path. I have no idea what this was but thought I should report it just in case.
