UFO Sighting in Meaford, Ontario on March 31st 1988 – There was approx. nine red lights in the sky quite far away. They started in pyramid type shape and then rapidly changed positions to other shapes circles squares,etc. After approx. five or ten minutes possibly less the lights just disappeared.

I was on a military exercise with my reserve unit at the Meaford Military ranges near Meaford Ontario. It was probably shortly after midnight and I was sitting by a campfire talking with someone else just trying to keep warm as it was a cold night. It was about mid April and the sky was clear. I saw the approx. nine reddish/orange lights in the distance. The lights moved rapidly and kept changing formation shapes. I think they were first in a triangular formation and changed to circles,square shapes,etc. and after a few minutes within five or ten they disappeared. I was amused by the quick movements of the objects and the formations they changed to. The objects were quite far away and just disappeared. The event occurred between midnight and approx. 02:00 am. probably a Sunday morning so I did not really have access to a clock as we were on a field exercise so I cannot really say of their was a loss of time. The person who I was talking to before the event did not talk to me about it afterward and he is not known to me before or after the incident. Just a fellow soldier.
