UFO Sighting in Sacramento, California on February 19th 2016 – first saw a reddish orb,with a yellow tail and a smaller white object slightly above, but ahead of the larger object

first saw a reddish orb, and a smaller white object slightly above, but ahead of the larger object. It remains the same, for the time it took me to get my phone to get the picture, but it then completely changed to a large bright object, with several smaller objects circling the largest one. Again, I was able to get pictures, but then it just disappeared. Had I not gotten any pictures, I wouldn't believe that I saw it. I was a passenger in a vehicle, and stopped behind several cars, that weren't moving. I first saw a large, almost glowing reddish object, and I am not sure why it caught my attention, as it was off to the right and up pretty high. I was literally questioning my eyes. I asked my partner, if he was seeing the same thing I was. Neither one of us could explain what it was, but I know that it wasn't a plane! We kept looking at it, and trying to figure it out, and then looked ahead,realized that traffic wasn't moving. The object(s), just disappeared.
