UFO Sighting in Chicago, Illinois on March 5th 2016 – light shooting off into sky captured by videographer while panning Chicago skyline

Husband was watching basketball game on television, on Saturday March 5, 2016. The basketball game took place in Chicago during the evening. Just before game went to commercial break, they show a video panning of the Chicago skyline - while this is showing, a bright light in the distance appears to shoot up and out quickly into the sky. At first it appeared to be one light/object, but when played back in slow motion, it sometimes looks like 2 or 3 lights - although I'm not sure if it just appears that way because it was going at a fast speed.
