UFO Sighting in Sattahip, Chon Buri on October 30th 2011 – starlike object moved from NE to SW, hovered over shoreline and sent a lightbeam beyond the horizon into the sea

On Oct. 30th 2011 I was staying outside the house 2 km west from Utapao Airport (Sattahip area- Thaimarines base)around 8pm. I was watching the dark clear sky and when I turned around I observed a starlike object, not an airpalne bcause no navigation lights and no sound, moving in an altitude approximately in an altitude of 3000 m or more from NE to SW in a speed like an airliner is going to land in Bangkok (180 km away. Over the shoreline it stoped and hovered. after few seconds it sent a very strong lightbeam beyond the horizon into the sea, so a very huge area was flashing up for few seconds. After that the object blinked out. Next day the news reported that the spring tide in the sea who stopped the water to drain from the river in BKK to the sea has disappeared and the situationt ubent from the threat from the flood!
