UFO Sighting in Aberdeen, Washington on February 7th 2016 – it looked like a bright star that moved up and down and diaginaly, when stopped could see colored lights on bottom. I

My friend T.C. asked me to come outside on the deck to see this light moving. He said he didn't know a helicopter to move like that. What I was observing was a star like object moving in up and down and crossways directions. Orion was to the right of this light movement.
