UFO Sighting in Celina, Ohio on February 29th 2016 – Captured on live ISS feed

While watching the live feed from the International Space Station on Ustream on 02-29-16 I saw a blinking light that caught my attention but I was only able to capture two screenshots before the feed was cut. The object looked like a dead pixel on the screen until I zoomed in and noticed that it wasn't a pixel but a shiny object that appears to cast a shadow on the surface of the ocean.
