UFO Sighting in Stalham, England on September 6th 1996 – Either one huge craft or many smaller in formation buzzed house in early hours of the morning

My wife and I were asleep in bed when we were awoken by a deafening roar, getting louder by the second. At first we cringed in bed, assuming that an aircraft hit on our property was coming, but as the noise passed overhead, we lept out of bed and rushed to the window. Moving rapidly away into the distance (towards the south)was what appeared to be a flying craft the size of a football field. The craft appeared to be not more than 500 feet above the ground. The underside was adorned with many strips of orange lights which pulsated in a ripple effect, front to back.We watched it until it vanished in the distance, bu which time it must have been approaching Great Yarmouth. At first we were terrified for our lives, as the rush of sound was so loud it seemed that a jet plane must be about to strike our house. After the relief of hearing it pass overhead, there followed total amazement when we actually saw the object.The vast scale of the craft was breathtaking. No flying machine known to exist could match it for sheer size.
